Just wanted to reach out and say how wonderful the customer experience was for a couple of recent online purchases from Delicate Touch. We had bought a lovely piece from Delicate Touch at a Christmas Craft Show a few years ago. Recently, we explored the Delicate Touch online store for some earrings for my Mother-In-Law. We couldn’t decide between two options, so we bought both sets of earrings. One set to gift to her now and one set to gift to her later. We also asked for a personalized note to be included in the gift. So a complicated order with two different delivery addresses, a personalized note, and some COVID-19 delays. Mark was extremely gracious, kept us informed regularly, organized everything perfectly, included the personalized note to my Mother-In-Law, kept us up to date on delivery status, and included a personalized hand-written note to us in the gift being held-over until next year.
